Sorry to hear of your negative experience with us. I can assure you children are not left unattended or alone. Each classroom has at least 2 staff members in it throughout the day. I am very surprised to hear that you feel we were not available to talk to you as this is a major priority for us. Either myself or the Assistant Director is also availbale during the day to greet you, aside from their classroom teacher.
I always encourage parents to communicate to me in person any concerns they may have so they can be addressed immediately.

my son does not like it at all the staff use cell phones when in class room the children are left alone some times and the staff are not willing to talk to you toys are very dirty and not clean
